Chris founded Climate Earth to make EPDs easy for the concrete industry. He is a Fortune 500 executive and CEO with vast experience from several venture-funded big data and software start-ups. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley.
Laurel McEwen
Executive Vice President
Laurel is a global expert in LCAs and PCR/CPD strategy who has pioneered accurate EPD methodologies to drive sustainability forward in concrete. She holds a MBA and a BA in Zoology from the University of New Hampshire.
Nicolás Parcerisa
VP Engineering and Chief Systems Architect
Nicolaus brings over 15 years of experience in scaling secure software solutions that are built specifically to meet the demanding needs of the concrete industry. He has an Information systems engineering degree from the National Technological University of Argentina.

Hossein is a seasoned environmental and civil engineer with a Ph.D. in Environmental & Sustainability Engineering from Michigan Technological University, dedicated to helping North American concrete producers deliver transparent, data-driven environmental reports.

Brian brings diverse experience managing construction projects—from big-box distributors & multi-state territory sales to R&D lab work & technical service representation. His expertise means he knows the challenges concrete producers face and the solution needed.

Regional Sales Manager
Join our growing team as a Sales and Account Manager, reporting to the North American Sales Manager. You’ll build long-term relationships with existing customers, develop new business, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience. This is a remote role with occasional travel.
Marketing Manager - Europe
The Marketing Manager will tailor our marketing materials, social media, and presentations for the European market. They’ll manage tasks and deadlines while coordinating with the US headquarters and teams in Latvia, Spain, and Sweden to enhance our European presence.
LCA/EPD Analyst
This is a hands-on position, requiring a critical eye for details and a big picture perspective. You’ll manage large and small customers with full responsibility for the success of each EPD Generator™ client. The successful candidate must be a team player, skilled time manager and negotiator, obsessive planner, strategic thinker, and skilled writer who is self-motivated, creative, confident, hardworking and enthusiastic.
